Job Title : Service Technician

Duration : 12 Month of contract

Shift 8 am -5 pm

Location : Linthicum Heights, MD 21090

Pay Rate : $28-34 / hr on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Field Service Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building automation and security management systems. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the industry who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on control systems
• Assist in the commissioning and startup of new control systems to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair wiring, hardware, and software issues
• Diagnose communication problems with control devices and components
• Create, load, test, and tune system databases
• Install, replace, and recommission control system devices and equipment
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors as needed
• Provide on-site training to customers
• Deliver emergency and warranty service support
• Maintain accurate test records and as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
• Support material delivery, logistics, and inventory management
