Our client in the High Country is seeking an Assistant Manager / Owner Liaison to join their team. As assistant manager, you will be part of the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have flexibility, great time management and professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Assistant Manager / Owner Liaison

Location : Boone NC

Pay Range : $20+ / hour (depending on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Owner communications related to leasing, maintenance, and other property details.
• Address Leasing of vacancy properties within our management portfolio – leadership in filing vacancies and working with team members through the process
• Oversight and management of property checkers and completion of lease and owner contracts
• Manage the pre-leasing process and the processing of new leases for all tenants and prospective tenants
