A company is looking for a Client Services Representative who will support the Sales and Operations teams by managing client case assignments and communications.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and review incoming client cases
Build and maintain strong client relationships while enhancing results through cross-selling
Collaborate with the Client Services Team Lead to improve workflow efficiency and client experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
1-3 years of experience in an office / business setting with client communication
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accurate typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
