CT Technologist (Iowa City)

Job Title : CT Technologist

Location : Iowa City, IA

Start Date : Oct 2025

Shift Schedule : Between 7 : 00am 9 : 00pm, 40 hrs a week

On call & Call Back

Qualifications :

Experience : At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist

Certification : Valid and current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities :

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary patient information and ensure proper diagnostic results.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and standards in the performance of duties.
• Keep abreast of advancements in CT technology and participate in ongoing education and training.
