Volt is immediately hiring an Eng Technician in  Maplewood MN, with a well-known industry leader.

In this role you will assist scientists and engineers in the laboratory.

This is a first shift position

As an Engineering Technician you will :

• Perform testing and record data on products and raw materials using defined test methods
• Use computer software to analyze data, summarize conclusions, and complete documentation
• Prepare, operate, and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and lab equipment
• Independently carry out tasks and tests
• Perform routine lab duties including storing of samples, inventory of supplies and chemicals, and other typical lab tasks
• Train others as needed on sample preparations, test methods, and lab protocols

Estimated Duration :  24 +months
