Rochelle Community Hospital is seeking a .8FTE Convenient Care Nurse Practitioner. Rochelle Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital, which includes a Multi-Specialty Clinic, Convenient Care and a Fitness Center offering a variety of health and wellness services for the surrounding community.

HOURS :

Monday-Friday : 11 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm

Saturday : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

Closed Sundays and Holidays

COMPENSATION :

• 40 / k Sign-On
• Hourly Rate : $70 - $75
• 32 / hr Week
• 4 – 8 / hr. Days
