Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching to Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Lead team members to ensure performance standards are met
Monitor workflow and service delivery across various communication channels, ensuring adherence to service metrics
Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing guidance and resolving problems promptly
Required Qualifications
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Experience leading process improvements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of customer service experience
