🌟 We're Hiring : Pharmacy Technician (Compounding)! 🌟

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical compounding, medication preparation, and maintaining strict quality standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

📍 Location : Kennett Square, Pennsylvania

What You'll Do :

  • Adheres to all state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Prepares and compounds medications following established formulations and processes under pharmacist supervision.
  • Accurate measures, mixes, packages, and labels compounded medications.
  • Ensures proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous drugs following OSHA and pharmacy safety standards.
  • Manage inventory by maintaining adequate stock levels of ingredients, equipment, and PPE.
  • Ensures timely fulfillment and preparation of compounded prescriptions for shipping or patient pickup.
  • Performs other duties as required.

What We're Looking For :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Preferred at least 12 months of job-related experience, including preparation of non-sterile and sterile products required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compounding pharmacy software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • PCTB, CPhT, or state issued certification preferred
  • Texas E-5 certification; as required for aseptic compounding
