Job Summary :
- Manufacture food products including, but not limited to live animal handling, slaughter, packing, and sanitation.
- Follow written procedures throughout manufacturing processes and provide timely notice and seek proper instruction or guidance to manage through manufacturing issues.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday 6 : 50 am to 12 : 00 pm
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma preferredFood production experience preferredRequired Skills / Abilities :
Attention to detailAble to work as part of a teamAbility to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions and learn functions of the position in a reasonable amount of time.Ability to work safely with or near a knife or sawAbility to perform repetitive work without losing focusAbility to stand for long periods of time in the same spotAbility to withstand harsh environment, i.e. cold, hot, wet, etc.Follow all company rules and regulations as it relates to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, USDA, FSIS, and OSHA.Understand and promote the Quality System as a part of the company's overall goal toward continual improvement through strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as actively supporting and upholding the principals and values of the company.
