Project Manager Large Scale Construction

Role Overview

Manage planning, budgeting, and execution of core and shell construction. You'll lead coordination efforts, oversee subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using P6 and Procore
• Coordinate excavation, precast, and MEP interfaces
• Oversee procurement, submittals, and change management
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and ensure cross-trade alignment
• Drive performance with a focus on safety and schedule

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with evolving scopes and limited design documentation

Familiarity with deep foundations, precast systems, and winter logistics

Willingness to travel and spend time on-site prior to full mobilization

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00 / yr.
