Student Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator
The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for implementing an annual student recruitment plan that aligns with KIPP Colorado's student enrollment goals. The Student Enrollment Coordinator will be managed by and work closely with the Senior Director of Regional Operations (SDRO), and the External Affairs Team and school based staff to collectively recruit and enroll new students for our Far Northeast and Southwest Denver campuses. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written Spanish and has a meticulous attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills in order to work with a broad range of stakeholders. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and a self-directed learner who demonstrates a commitment to KIPP Colorado's mission and vision.

- Take ownership for the development of your craft and engage actively in coaching sessions (meet 1-2 times every 1 or 2 weeks (depending on need and role) with a manager, receive coaching, implement all provided feedback, engage in active practice, etc.)
- Commit to being prepared : internalizing and preparing for lessons, preparing for O3s / coaching, preparing for meetings, coaching, PD, reading and internalizing written communication, etc.

- Assist with both student and staff recruitment and engagement- including events, home visits, calls home, and other determined and related requirements
- Know that your role, professional development, org wide meetings, etc. may require you to travel around Denver to other KIPP Campuses, our Home Office, or other KIPP or PD events
- Assist with other duties as assigned (such as but not limited to, lunch duty, arrival / dismissal duty, bathroom duty, hallway duty, school support duties, etc.)

Project manage student recruitment and enrollmentInput, track, and analyze all data regarding student recruitment benchmarks and goalsReport out (and / or support the SDRO to report out) regular updates on progress towards goalsTrain, collaborate with, and ensure accountability for school?based staff for recruitment / enrollment activities and proceduresResearch, plan, and attend local events to reach prospective familiesEngage local community organizations to inform the community on behalf of KIPP Colorado and distribute KIPP Colorado marketing materialsEstablish relationships with existing families to enroll siblings and access local networks to support recruitment goalsEngage prospective families, including referrals from current KIPP Colorado families, on KIPP Colorado's mission and provide application support, clarity and consistency throughout the school choice and enrollment processEngage KIPP Colorado alumni to ensure they are aware of enrollment opportunities at KIPP Colorado schoolsDevelop new initiatives for student recruitmentSupport or lead KIPP Colorado community events in collaboration with our Advocacy and Community Engagement Coordinators to ensure resources are available to current and prospective families and that KIPP Colorado is represented and in the communityWork with Campus Operations teams to execute student recruitment opportunities, including canvassing, tabling, calling campaigns, community events, etc.Assist future families with application completion or signing up for a campus tour or visitCanvassing, tabling, and dropping off flyers or door hangers in the neighborhoods and community surrounding the campusBeing on time to all scheduled recruitment eventsCommunicating and documenting results of recruitment effortsOther duties as requiredAbout a Successful Candidate
