A company is looking for a Representative, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service support to members and providers through various communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member / provider satisfaction
Document inquiries and collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of sales and / or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred : Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM platforms
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
