We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.
As the Salesforce Administrator / Developer, you will :
- Design, implement and maintain solutions for Salesforce applications and data.
- Provide technical support to global end-users, managing escalated and complex issues related to Salesforce applications and data.
- Engage with different business units, gathering requirements and understanding their operational challenges.
- Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize workflows and system efficiency.
