We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-state automotive sales and service organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-impact environment where precision and compliance are key.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing
  • Manage and develop a payroll team
  • Prepare payroll reports and conduct audits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll and employee data
  • Manage pay plans for new hires, promotions, and changes

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years in payroll management or a related accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, multi-state payroll, and compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll platforms (ADP experience a plus)
  • CPP certification and automotive payroll experience preferred
