The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit (OU) Finance team plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making and operational alignment across the business. As part of this team, you will serve as the strategic finance partner to Research & Development (R&D) / Released Product Management (RPM) to drive financial analysis, support prioritization / trade-offs, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about integrating financial insights into business strategy.
In this role, you will act as the strategic finance partner to ENT's leads of R&D, RPM, and Project Management Office (PMO). You will bring financial rigor, strategic insight, and cross-functional influence to help prioritize innovation and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep experience in supporting complex portfolios and driving investment clarity across high-impact programs.
The ideal candidate will work at a Medtronic location in Jacksonville, FL, or Lafayette, CO and report to the Director of ENT OU Finance. This position is structured as an individual contributor role at the Consultant level but will coach and guide cross-functional partners and teammates.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $133,600.00 - $200,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
