Join the team that is building the compliance backbone of Rippling’s benefits ecosystem—the infrastructure that translates complex regulations into reliable, automated systems. These systems ensure our customers remain compliant while keeping their employees covered, efficiently and seamlessly.

Globally, over $5 trillion is spent annually by employers and employees on various benefits, ranging from health insurance to retirement savings and flexible plans like HSA, FSA, and LSA. These products are crucial in assisting families with some of life’s most significant decisions.

In this role, you will develop mission-critical features, including COBRA administration experiences, an industry-leading ACA filing and reporting system, and more. Our charter continues to expand across the benefits landscape, even on a global scale.

What you will do

• Lead and Innovate : Design and develop high-quality enterprise-grade software products, managing the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure excellent outcomes, as well as incorporating AI / LLM where applicable, safely.
• Engage in Complex Challenges : Work across diverse technical domains, including API design, event modeling, data modeling, data importing and transmission.
• Technical Leadership : own the full lifecycle of development - from technical discovery and architecture design to implementation, rollout and support.
• Collaborate and Drive Impact : Facilitate cross-team collaborations, effectively integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive the successful execution and delivery of solutions.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here .

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
