About the Role :
The Compliance & Documentation Coordinator ensures that Arrow Alliance Industries’ deliverables for the FACE Educational Support Services contract are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with federal and BIE standards. This role oversees reporting, documentation, and quality assurance processes across all contract requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and monitor documentation of all deliverables, including project workplans, training materials, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal requirements such as FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, Section 508, and Privacy Act standards.
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly operational reports, annual evaluations, and audit materials.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and technical teams to track deadlines and maintain document version control.
- Prepare compliance dashboards, audit tools, and checklists for internal and external review.
- Assist in responding to government oversight and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Education, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in contract compliance, documentation, or federal reporting.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools.Experience with federal contract compliance and auditing preferred.Requirements :
