The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is accepting applications for the Contract Grant and Compliance Specialist.

As a Contract Grant and Compliance Specialist, you will coordinate with staff across all divisions of the Health Department to plan programs, manage grants, and ensure everything aligns with funding requirements. This role involves identifying funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant applications, and building systems that ensure long-term compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will also monitor performance, maintain documentation, and collaborate to ensure the department stays on track with grant obligations.
Experience, Education, and Training : Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration or a related area AND Two years of related experience in coordination of grant efforts including development, tracking and compliance. Licensing / Certification : If operating a motor vehicle for the purpose of completing job duties, incumbent must possess a valid drivers license.
