- Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial statements, and fiscal reportsManage and supervise fiscal and administrative staff, providing guidance and mentorshipEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement financial and administrative systems to improve efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with department heads to support financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-makingReview and approve complex financial transactions, reconciliations, and reportingLead audits and ensure organizational adherence to state, federal, and internal regulationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferredExtensive experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and administrative operations preferredProven leadership and team management experience preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills#LI-TM7
