Looking for a new position as a Molding Operator? We have the job for you. Sandusky-based manufacturer specializing in rubber parts that decrease noise and vibration in autos is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Molding Operators to join their team. This position is temporary, for at least a year or more. You must have perfect attendance. Monday-Friday, $16.50. 2nd shift hours 3PM-11PM; 3rd shift hours 11PM-7AM. Job Summary : Provide customers with the highest quality parts possible.

Key Competencies :

• Basic understanding of company equipment.
• Ability to interpret requirements and instructions from written documents.
• Demonstrate initiative in learning, training, performing tasks and quality assurance.
• Operation of variety of production machines.
• Loading rubber inserts and other components into machine. Removal of molded parts from molds / press plates.
• Manual trim and rework as necessary.
• Excellent attendance and prior work history.
• Mandatory overtime may be required.
