GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Work as a hands-on Foreman in the planning, installation, repair, and modification of the precast concrete structures; work with wood, metal, and concrete materials using a variety of hand and power tools. Must be able to dictate the pace and oversee the day-to-day work of the laborers. Must have the ability to work with the contractor, Wells dispatch and the crew to maximize production each day. Report to the Field Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Field Supervisors and crane operators to ensure project progresses in a safe and efficient mannerComplete general construction labor tasks necessary to install precast membersUses materials and supplies, and handle equipment in a safe and efficient mannerAbility to run a transit and level for layout and elevations of the buildingTransport tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsiteTrack and stock installation hardware, tools, and materials in crew truckRead and interpret blueprints, brace plans and crane plans and communicate the work plan to the crew each dayWork closely with Wells dispatch with sequence, number of trucks and load times dailyDirect and lead laborers on various tasks dailyComplete PCI paperwork as needed for jobsite documentationEnsure crew is compliant with and follows company safety procedures and policiesComplete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assignedEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED2 + years of precast installation experienceOSHA 30 RequiredGeneral knowledge of precast construction practices; must be a competent personAbility to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment) safelyCertified welderValid class C commercial driver’s licenseKnowledge of OSHA rules and regulationsAbility to operate a total station, transit, and levelMust be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditionsAbility to work with others and always maintain professional conductMust be motivated and self-driven to complete a taskKnowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work bestPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionallyPhysically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands / forearms repetitively and frequentlyAbility to move around for up to 12 hours per dayAbility to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequentlyWORKING CONDITIONS
