About the Clinician's Workday

This role involves conducting initial and follow-up psychiatric assessments for inmates, managing and adjusting psychotropic medications with proper documentation, and collaborating with medical and correctional staff on complex cases. The provider responds to acute psychiatric crises, maintains accurate medical records in compliance with legal and institutional standards, and participates in regular team meetings to review patient progress, treatment plans, and facility needs.
