What you’ll do as a Manager, Engineering :

The Manager, Engineering will lead a team of engineers and technical staff in supporting IP Corporation’s plant operations, product development, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to oversee engineering projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive innovation to meet business objectives.

What you can expect to do as a Manager, Engineering :

• Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical professionals.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects across multiple facilities.

Provide engineering guidance and technical support to manufacturing teams.

Contribute to long-term capital project planning and budgeting.
