We are seeking Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pediatricians to join one of our 30+ locations serving the rapidly expanding communities across the greater Charlotte area . Whether you're drawn to urban, suburban, or rural settings , we offer diverse practice environments with J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship support .

Position Details :

• Practice sizes range from intimate 2-3 provider clinics to multi-site teams of 30+ physicians and APPs
• Patient population includes a mix of private and Medicaid families
• 4-day work week with potential Saturday morning rotation
• Office hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM ; Saturday coverage shared regionally
• Call coverage includes weekend, weekday, and holiday rotations, with nurse triage handling first calls
• Average daily patient volume : 22-24 patients
• Outpatient only - no hospital or nursery rounds
