Onsite Position

1st Shift - Monday through Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm

Hourly Salary - $19.00 to $20.00

Job Summary :

As a Quality Inspector at Central Moloney, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our finished products. You will be responsible for inspecting transformers and transformer components during the finishing process to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform visual inspections of finished transformers and transformer components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Compare inspections of finished transformers to customer drawings and customer specifications to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect surface finishes and coatings for defects, imperfections, or irregularities.
• Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results to production supervisors and quality control team members.
• Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as needed.

Where We Hire

Central Moloney is currently authorized to employ individuals (remote or on-site) only in the following states : Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Kansas (KS), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), and Wisconsin (WI).
