Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in New Mexico Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call 1 / 1 / 26 - Ongoing Assignment

Details for Assignment :

Active and unrestricted New Mexico medical license required (client willing to consider candidates with license in process - we can help you!)

Active New Mexico DEA + CSR required to be considered fully licensed (can help you obtain these)

Active Board Certification Required

Bread & Butter Orthopedic Surgery + up to level 3 call coverage

Mix of scheduled clinic and call

7 on / 7 off schedule

3 Days in Clinic and 2 OR days based on needed procedural volume

Full Clinic staff and Anesthesia is available

20-25 patients per day in clinic

Minimal Callback per call shift. Most patients will be admitted to the hospitalist and covered next day.

Reason for locums need : Vacancy

Locums can anticipate one to three new inpatient admissions / day on average

MA's as designated support staff

Facility detail : 50+ bed facility, designated level 3 trauma center, Clinicview / HMS EMR, located in southern New Mexico
