Trillium has an immediate opening for a Field Service Manager in Fredericksburg, VA!

This direct-hire opportunity is seeking an individual with an industrial or manufacturing background. The Field Service Manager is responsible for the development of the field service personnel, including scheduling technician assignments and supervising work orders.

The Field Service Manager will provide technical and engineering support to the field service technicians for all installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for assisting with service quotations, overseeing the service training program, and maintaining the parts department inventory.

Salary range is $80-90,000 depending on experience. Annual bonus opportunity of $6,500 as well!

Qualifications : - 3+ years of field experience with mechanical equipment - Experience in a supervisory or leadership role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP software - Valid and clean driver's license
