Are you a detail-driven construction estimator with a passion for accuracy and results? We’re seeking an experienced Estimator II to join our dynamic team in Buffalo, NY . You'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive cost estimates for multi-trade projects ranging from $350K to $5M — with the opportunity to grow into more complex work.

🔧 What You’ll Do :

  • Analyze project drawings, tenders, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, safety, and purchasing teams to ensure comprehensive bids
  • Manage updates and scope changes as they arise during the estimating process
  • Evaluate project-specific labor, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Identify cost risks and support continuous improvement through post-bid collaboration
  • Provide clear documentation and justification for all estimates

🧠 What You Bring :

  • 3–7+ years of experience estimating multi-trade construction projects up to $5M
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD , MS Excel , and Accubid (or similar software)
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • A diploma, degree, tradecraft certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in union or multi-trade environments is a strong asset

    • 📍 Location & Travel :

  • Based in Buffalo, NY
  • Local travel required (5–40%) to job sites and client locations
