Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients

Monitor fetal heart tones and manage labor progression

Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections

Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process

Document all care accurately and timely during night shifts

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state

Minimum of 1 year of recent L&D experience required

Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Ability to thrive in high-pressure, overnight environments
