A leader in renewable energy future is seeking a  Industrial Electrician to join the night shift at the  Greenwood plant .  Purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions that have become the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

Shift : 7pm-7am working a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule. Night shift differential.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.
  • Responsible for shift schedule to include : workstation assignments / rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back up for absent employees and rotating shifts.
  • Diagnose, delegate, instruct and carry out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Guarantee adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant federal, state, and local codes.
  • Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot / repair ENI, HMI, PLC’s maintenance VFD’s, motor controls, and instrumentation.

    • Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of industrial electrical experience.
  • At least 2 years in a mill, heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees.
  • Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment.
