Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead insights and data science across the patient acquisition and matching funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of data scientists supporting multiple product areas across the patient journey

Deliver high-quality product analytics to diagnose funnel performance and identify actionable opportunities for growth

Partner with Growth and Product teams to optimize acquisition strategies and connect early-funnel actions to long-term care outcomes

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or growth analytics roles, with at least 2+ years in people management

Proven track record leading teams in BI, product analytics, and applied data science

Strong background in experimentation and ability to coach others

Hands-on technical fluency in SQL and Python / R, with experience in modern data stacks

Experience partnering across marketing and product teams to optimize full-funnel performance
