MediLodge of Livonia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in skilled nursing care and personalized rehabilitation services, we prioritize therapeutic excellence and patient-oriented healthcare. The Unit Manager will oversee the operational, administrative, and clinical activities in one of our care units, ensuring high-quality standards of care and optimal outcomes for our patients. Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical unit, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth. Develop and implement unit policies and procedures that contribute to the delivery of quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient and staff records, and provide regular reports on unit performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and ensure patient satisfaction. Manage budgets, order supplies, and control inventory to optimize resources and ensure efficient operation. Address patient and family concerns in a compassionate and effective manner.
