Join Gingham Nation as a Seasonal Sales Associate, where you will be the face of Bath & Body Works. You will understand our customers' needs and help them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment, supporting product replenishment activities, assisting with floorset execution, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging experience. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
