A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist who will enhance employee experience and manage payroll, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll, benefits, equity, recognition, and rewards administration
Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business
Ensure compliance with employment laws and contribute to general People Operations functions
Required Qualifications and Education
3-5 years of People Operations experience, specifically in payroll and benefits administration
Experience with Paylocity HCM solution is highly preferred
Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables
Extensive knowledge of payroll processes and US payroll taxes across multiple states
Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve problems
