Compensation :

$125,000 - $275,000 yearly

• Valid MA real estate license
• Live in or around Greater Boston
• Positive coachable attitude
• Competitive mindset
• Self-disciplined
• Very strong communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills
• Strong time management
• Comfortable with technology (CRMs, apps, software)
• Must have a laptop & smartphone
• Working vehicle
