Account Manager Trainee Core Duties
- Be the primary point of contact for businesses, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience interacting with the company.
- Creating and executing plans that focus on keeping AT&T clients happy and loyal to the company. This could involve understanding their needs, anticipating problems, and offering solutions.
- Looking for ways to grow the business within the current client base, such as offering new products or services and increasing the volume of existing offerings.
- Understanding what clients truly need and what's happening in the market to help create customized solutions that will help clients succeed in the long run.
- Collaborating with other Account Manager Trainees and internal departments to meet shared goals, such as sales quotas or growth targets.
