Poore's Propane Heating & Cooling is a trusted provider of HVAC services in Central & Southern Delaware. We are known for our dedication to quality work, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Installation Assistant to join our team.

As an HVAC Installation Assistant, you will work alongside experienced technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade and grow your skills in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment
  • Load and unload tools and equipment for job sites
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support Senior Installers with tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications :

  • Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined spaces or on ladders
  • Previous HVAC or construction experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Mechanically inclined, familiar with tools and comfortable using them
