Job Description :

Lead the Experience : Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team

Administrative Responsibilities : Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to :

Be in the Know : Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering / costs

Take Action First : Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence

Inspire and Empower : Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety

Be Results-Oriented : Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence

Set the Tone : Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards
