Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant, located in Mansfield, OH. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of clients. The role involves supporting clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. Additionally, the Certified Nursing Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to follow care plans and document client progress.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient-focused care
• Experience with personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, and meal preparation
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document client progress
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic caregiving, including dementia and Alzheimer's support
• Flexibility to work various shifts and build schedules
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
