Description Summary : As a user-centric Product Designer with a profound focus on merging usability with customer and user needs, the Product Designer UX / UI will serve as a pivotal member of our delivery team. In this influential role, you will work with Product Managers in gathering requirements, conducting user interviews, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create solutions that delight our customers. Your expertise in comprehending the challenges faced by our customers will be crucial in crafting intuitive and effective user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency at every stage of the design process, possess a deep passion for usability, and excel at working with cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Develop an understanding of user personas and their behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Merge user feedback, industry best practices, and internal stakeholder input to define UX / UI design strategies and goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Adobe XD to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and to provide guidance during implementation.
• Continuously advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance our design processes.
