A great hospital just outside of Aurora, Minnesota, is seeking a Nurse Manager to join its outstanding team! Join an exceptional group of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care!

Pay : $90,000 - $115,000 / year

Nurse Manager Opportunity :

Full-Time, Permanent, Direct hire
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Support during emergency situations as needed

Nurse Manager Responsibilities :

Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards

Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration / leadership

Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families

Nurse Manager Qualifications :

Associate's degree or higher from an accredited nursing program

5+ years of acute care nursing experience

Must be eligible to obtain BLS, ACLS, PAL, CALS

Previous experience in Supervision / Management is required
