Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of design documents and tools related to change management
Provide consulting services on business process and change management best practices
Consult with clients to develop optimized human capital management solutions leveraging industry trends
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience implementing ADP products and a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Accountability for results both individually and as part of a team
Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
