Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
- Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
- Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensureCPR BLS CertificationKnowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA complianceCandidate must be able to lift and position patientsSupervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.Foster a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.Currently Hiring in the Following Areas :
