Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our team.

Duties

As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting legal research : Analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice. (State & Federal);
• Drafting documents : Preparing pleadings, motions, memos, appeals, and other legal documents. (State & Federal);
• Assisting senior attorney : Collaborating on case strategy, gathering evidence, and preparing for trial;
• Client communication : Providing updates, explaining legal processes, and addressing concerns;
• Deposition summaries;
• Trial preparation;
• Appellate briefing; and
• Discovery practice : Drafting discovery requests and responses.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;

Admission to the state bar association and in good standing;

Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients effectively;

Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation;

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;

Strong legal research;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Organizational and time management skills; and

Ability to work under pressure and manage a heavy workload.
