7-3 and 3-11 RN supervisor full time positions available.

New London Rehab and Care Center is a short and long term care facility located in Watertown, CT. We are currently seeking experienced  RN Supervisors to oversee clinical operations during day and evening shifts . Join a compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality resident care!

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts.

Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans.

Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision-making.

Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time.

Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Connecticut (required).

Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
