We are currently seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to help achieve the branch's sales goals!

Pay : $19 / hr PLUS Spiffs

Schedule : Hybrid position - Office & Remote WFH.

Sunday 8 : 00am-8 : 00pm remote.

Monday 1 : 00pm-8 : 00pm remote.

Tuesday-Thursday 11 : 00am-3 : 00pm in the office, then work from home 4 : 00pm-8 : 00pm (WFH).

Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator What You'll Do :

  • Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management.
  • Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates.
  • This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

    • Qualifications

    As a Sales Coordinator, What You Need :

  • 2 years of customer service or call call center experience (inbound / outbound)
  • Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment.
  • Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
