Responsibilities :
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Buick and GMC vehicles in line with GM factory standardsConduct engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, and HVAC system repairsPerform warranty and recall work accurately and efficientlyUse GM factory scan tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issuesEnsure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standardsMaintain accurate repair orders and service records in compliance with GM and dealership guidelinesCollaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveryQualifications :
