Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Ultrasound Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 9 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Ultrasound Technologist – Maternal Fetal Medicine Location : Greensboro, NC Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 4x9 Days | Monday–Friday (07 : 15 AM – 04 : 45 PM) | Rotating Schedule | No Call Job Summary : An exciting opportunity for an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer to join a high-risk obstetrics team in a leading healthcare setting. This position focuses on providing advanced perinatal ultrasound services for high-risk patients in an AIUM-accredited environment. Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive perinatal ultrasound examinations, including first, second, and third-trimester imaging, fetal anatomy scans, and Doppler assessments. Conduct transvaginal and high-risk OB imaging, ensuring detailed evaluation of fetal anatomy, growth, and maternal-fetal well-being. Support physicians during procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the Epic and AS OB Reporting systems. Provide services primarily at the MC for Women Greensboro location, with occasional float to nearby facilities as needed. Requirements : Minimum 2 years of recent experience in high-risk obstetric sonography (first-time travelers accepted). Active ARDMS (OB / GYN) certification required. BLS certification required. EPIC charting experience required. Experience using Samsung Hera W10 or RS85 Prestige ultrasound systems preferred. Outpatient and teaching hospital experience preferred.
