We are seeking an F&I Manager for our Menomonee Falls campus. Under the direction of the General Manager, the F&I Manager will own the job duties listed below :

Responsibilities

• Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
• Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
• Seek out new programs that benefit customers
• Ensure compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations
• Train the sales team on available financing and programs
