Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of construction sites
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractors and laborers
  • Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
  • Experience in Heavy Civil, Sitework, and Dirt projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
